EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Susan Davidson is founder and president of Beyond Borders, Inc. She has worked with U.S. and multinational corporations for more than 20 years to improve the business performance of their employees, salespeople and distribution channels.

Following a five-year career in TV journalism, Ms. Davidson spent 14 years with a multinational corporation selling, developing and managing customized performance improvement programs for large corporate clients. For the past eight years, she has managed an independent performance consulting, training and coaching practice in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Ms. Davidson has Bachelors degrees in Journalism and French and is a certified trainer in sales, negotiation and performance management courses. She has completed studies at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication, the International Coaching Federation "Coaching Across Cultures" European conference, and a Spanish Language school in Guatemala. She is currently working on her corporate coach certification.
